Nana .... u r back to your usual slow & steady life ....... for me the last few days have been rather bz & hectic for me ...... bz packing and seraching for suitable winter clothing for the kids, bz seraching for a bigger luggage that can accommodate all the thick clothings, not forgetting bringing the kids to Book Fair as IT IS their school holidays now .......phew now that luggage, clothes etc all settled ................finally!!!!

Jess, sorry for the last minute cancellation of our "meeting" as my sis without prior annoucement brought back one big bag of shawls & sweaters. I quickly text u hoping that u hv not gone thru yr closet to search for shawls ..................Have you?? really "pai sei" abt the matter ............We shall go gai gai again after my trip, ok?

Hi ladies :) I love sunnies too! Rain - makes me slow & gloomy :O ..... Sunny everyday here - one of d biggest reason tat keeps my survival here! Otherwise, nothing much I actually like about this country. Sounds pathetic eh :P

Ya, projects in Dubai may b slow & some has stopped/delayed... ABD - erm, a lil affected. Ya, u r rite Jess, ppl here rich but they r stupid, lazy & dunno how to spend money!

I love sunny day!

It has been raining like cat and dog more than 2 weeks, if not raining, then it will cloudy, most of the time is raining.

The past few days, finally I see the sun shine. I really love sunny day. Rain makes me sad, down and depressing. Now, I'm finally can cheer up a bit, but with the year end workloads it making me sink like a titanic or suffocate.

About suffocate, I can't imaging how you Lina can stand the smoker for so long, if I were in your place, I sure "tunjuk muka" and "tegur" that fellow. Lets pray and hope, when he back to ABD after his holiday, he realize the importance of his health and quit smoking lor =P

How they celebrate National Day? Is it as great as like Malaysia? I read in newspaper's economic column, the analyst commented that Dubai growing will become falling due to the financial debt, properties slow in respond and tourism industry not so good, there are a lot of construction is put on hold, and this phenomena also effected ABD. Lina, is it that bad? I always find Dubai and ABD is the richest place on earth.

Yay!!! Smoke free for almost 2 wks!!!

Ya, tat bastard is leaving for 2 wks ...almost! We r free fr 2nd hand smoke over the hols!! It's d awal muharam hols (they call it Eid hol) & then their national hol... gonna go Dubai walk walk most probably :) Temperature is getting sane :) dropping to less than 30degC in the day...

I miss u guys!!!

Back to ABD :)

It's a blessing to b 'home' here as I really need good good rest!!! I was very exhausted fr running around back in KL & depriving of Zzzz..... I need to recharge back ...need to do so very badly! Hahaha.... life is suddenly back to very slow mode dy, which is wat I really need at the moment to recharge :)

We shall resume our blog when I return to ABD .... uh huuuuu:(

Good Food, Great Atmosphere, Charming bride & Groom .....

No doubt about it ...... we had a wonderful time last wednesday!! The 1st time that i had finished a whole glass of sangria and ....... NOT DRUNK!!! 1st time-oh!!

I have sent out an email about yet another gathering cum mom-mom session ...... but someone need to forward it to Ms Yeap as i have lost her email address (yes, i'm afraid AGAIN!!)

So, Nana ..... when shall v go for our delicious chunky fish noodle?? Just ring me!

Hoped that u gals hv ideas for a even better venue for our next gathering ..... otherwise will be at the good old place again : M-Valley Zanmai ..................:-)
